There’s no way to guarantee this safety if a firm doesn’t hold an FCA license. Modena Capital Group also states that their services are Powered by their partner. This statement is quite vague. Who are these partners? Are they FCA-regulated? Claiming association with a well-known protection scheme like the FSCS without proper authorization is a common tactic used by fraudulent entities to appear legitimate.
