Really wonder how Lab staff mislead people with their own review Comments with 5 Star Rating. Stay Away from Neuberg, useless service and arrogant staff. Doctors get huge commission to refer Neuberg.

Had Home collection as referred by Dr, The guy was fine and took sample but said for everything you get SMS message.

Reality no messages. Had to call them more than 10 times to get update on report. They told me Link for Payment will come in message never got message.

went to Tambaram branch and experienced their fullest arrogant behavior. They dont care about customer as their bribe to Doctors they think will get business for them. If Doctors compel on a particular lab better to change Doctors as their motive is MONEY MONEY MONEY and nothing else.

Other LAB like Lister, Apollo and Hi Tech, and many other Labs are available why go to Neuberg and make them their Doctors Richer
