Delhi Court to hear income tax case against Subrata Roy, others on July 14
A Delhi court on Monday fixed for next month the proceedings in an Income Tax case in which Sahara chief Subrata Roy, now lodged in Tihar Jail in New Delhi, and others have been accused of not filing returns for a group company for 2013-14 assessment year.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Devendra Kumar Sharma posted the matter for July 14 in view of Delhi High Court staying the case proceedings till July 2.
“Proceedings in the case have been stayed by the high court. Put up for awaiting of order/proceedings on July 14,”the ACMM said.
