Y Axis Complaints and Reviews : Y Axis Fraud Company , Don’t even try

The company named Y-axis Overseas career who deals with Immigration, is one of the biggest fake company. This company is denying the refund of my 55 k amount.Here is the story.
At first they did an evaluation of resume and they gave a Crs report for which they charged 2000INR rs which can be easily done in online for free( @ canadavisa.com) and afterwards they send mails about the process and attractive offers which is an eyewash.then I mailed them on the exact total amount for the process just for express entry canada .
They told till ITA it’s 55000 including my spouse eca. I went to this consultancy with my wife and met a lady who explained us the process, whenever we asked about the fees they say its 55k initially. So we accepted to pay them and signed agreements which are 20 pages long.As usual we didnt read it properly only main points we read. Meanwhile they were speaking to us so we couldnt concentrate as well. But once I did the payment 45+ 10 for my spouse we came back home. Evening a process consultant called me and told ur case has been assigned to me, u need to pay another 32k inr(nearly 500 CAD) for ECA to process.
That was my first shock. We informed them by mailing that we where not aware of this. That was a sleepless night which I spent reading all negative reviews on YAXIS bull s*it.The next day we called them they responded. As mentioned no refunds which was mentioned in agreements, that was my second big shock. I asked them to stop the process the next day itself.Still I am fighting with them for refund. Here are some Instincts of their fakeness:
Their fee structure is never clear.
Whenever you ask the amount for the whole process they never tell the proper amount, they always explain the consultancy fees.They never mention about the Govt fees, Courier fees bla bla
They ask you to sign the agreements which clearly is the final trap for you.
One guy among their consultants was speaking to themselves the conversation was(What is IELTS?) WT* consultant who doesnt know IELTS is sitting first in their office.
They say lot of success stories without no proof.When they say they value their client they should refund my amount. I am speaking really fair I haven’t asked them the whole amount I am just asking the amount with some consulting fees deducted. I stopped the process within 24 hours I paid them. 55000 INR is not a small amount:( I would have used this amount for my house loans, other loans or even a charity for the Nepal earthquake but not for these money s*cking Vampires. I will sort it out legally soon!
