Alliance Nirmaan Ltd Fraud — Cheated by Alliance Nirmaan Ltd

I have booked a Flat in Feb 2008 with Alliance Nirmaan Ltd. builder in Cedar highs Classic Project Rudrapur. I have paid the booking amount Rs 199000/- and after that till now the builder has not demanded any other payment but also not have started the work on my flat. I followed up with them many times but everytime false promisses and my trust was broken by them. Finally after 3 yrs i decided to cancel my booking but from last 1 yr i am trying to get my refund back but no response from them. I tried to visit there delhi office many times but no result. tried calling them many times but no response. I HOPE & WISH NOBODY ELSE WOULD INVEST IN THEIR PROJECT….and they should go to HELL.
