BigBazaar Online Shopping Fraud or Cheating

Hi,
After looking at low price on Big-bazaar Online Shopping portal ordered Geyser and Exhaust Fan.
During Booking time for Geyser delivery time showed as 21 days, but after a month suddenly order cancelled without my knowledge.
Exhayst Fan delivery mentioned online as 7 days, but not delivered even after 15 days.
After repeated calling at customer centers, only answer i got is we are co-ordination and will get back to
you, without mentioning the time lines.
request users to not to fall in such frauds.
