Complaint for defective hp 8gb pendrive

Hi
I had purchased hp 8gb two pendrives (HP V-210 W, Grey colour) online at flipcart.com. on date of 16/03/2012.

I was paid 736 rupees.but within only 15 days my pendrive is not working .
I know that it has at least 6 to 12 months warranty of HP pendrive.
please replace my pendrive earlier.
