Refund Of Fee – WWICS , Mohali, Punjab

I applied through WWICS P/R to Canada in Feb 2005 by taking their most popular package ie ”THE GOLD” by deposiiting INR 20,000+25,000+$1200 to use their services in India and after P/R Post landing services for receiving and in settlement in Canada.
Till date i could not get any service from them except passing my documents to CIC.My WWICS File# is 29333 . Now CIC has cancelled all the case filed before 2008 to reduce the backlog and send me a refund cheque of ammount deposited as Visa Processing Fee.
I requested WWICS management to refund my fee which is 20,000+25,000+$1200 as the agency failed to help me in Immigration process and i never used the services assured.Now wwics is willing to refund only $500 which is no way justified as wwics used my funds for more than 9 yrs and i am being made scapegoat.Now i am lodging my complaint with this National channel to help me to get my app one lac rupees with interest back and highlight this general problem of people on this channel.
